Some People Really Do Suck!
So, I'm taking part of a title from Lizz's blog because it seems fitting. Things have been crazy around here lately, with the little sick bug hanging around our house and all the crazy rainy weather we've been having. Well, being in the house is getting a little stale. Since little J has been feeling better, and the weather has been returning to "California weather", we've been venturing out a bit. We had a great time at the park yesterday, and watned to do a repeat performance. So, we were up a bit early this morning, got ready and were heading out the door for a few errends and a little fun. I loaded up little J's travel gear...you know the stuff, a little juice, a few snacks, and the diaper changing neccessities. I took them out and put them in the car, and didn't notice anything. I went back in the house and grabbed little J and my purse and headed out to strap him in his traveling barco lounger...(that is what we call it, because it looks so comfy!). I jump up in the back seat with little J and fling my purse into the front seat. I notice that all the contents from our glove box are all over the floor in the front of the car. It looks a little strange, but then I think to myself that G must have been looking for something he needed in the glove box and left some stuff on the seat, and when I flung my purse, I must have knocked it off. So, back to strapping little J in. I then open the passenger door, to put away the mess I think I've made, when to my suprise, the entire contents of our center console is all over the driver's side floor. Yikes! Someone has been rumaging through our truck! Suddenly, I really freak, because I realize that just before I went to bed, I had this feeling I should go out to the truck and get my garage door opener out of the car....whew...there it is on the floor! Why I chose not to go get it is beyond me, because usually, I follow those instincts. Anyway, shockingly, they didn't take anything. The only things they really could have taken was the CD changer, but maybe they didn't see it. We really don't keep much in the truck...thankfully. Supprisingly, they didn't take our latest choice music...Toddler's Favorites, and Baby's First Sing-a-long. Guess the renditions of the Alphabet Song, Do You Know the Muffin Man, and the Wheels on the Bus were not what this person had in mind. We're still baffled what scared them off....did someone come by? Did they open our garage door and see the suprise inside? Hmmm...I guess we'll just have to keep wondering. So, to end all this, SOME PEOPLE SUCK!

Laurie, I am glad they didn't take anything or get in your house. And yes, there are a lot of people out there who suck! Thankfully, there are more who do not!
Hey Laurie,
I'm sorry to hear that you had a jerk visit you last night. But, I'm glad that he or she didn't have a brain to take the opener. Ululani
Wow, right in front of your house?! For that reason alone, I only keep the bare essentials in the car. I used to have everything from spare keys, siblings garage openers, and even the FasTrak! Not anymore...
wow...that kind of freaks me out a little!! glad nothing was taken, but seriously glad you guys are a-ok!!
And the surprise in the garage?
