From Coconuts to Walnuts.....
I want to thank everyone for all the well wishies for little J. After his fun evening in the ER last week (and G is glad you enjoyed his tale), things started to look better. He seemed to be feeling better. Then Monday came....his poor little glands looked like coconuts on the sides of his cheeks and his temperature was running between 100 degrees and 102 degrees. Thankfully, we were able to get him in to see his pediatrician the same day. She gave him some antibiotics, and his coconuts have shrunk down to little walnuts! As for the other cryptic post before, we are still going through some testing, so keep sending those good wishies. When I know more of what's going on, I will definately share with ya'll. I definatley also have to post the praises of his pediatrician soon as well. Little J is so lucky to have her as his doctor, and she deserves a wonderful tribute! Next time we see her, I am definately getting another photo of little J with her.

You know my fingers and toes are crossed that everything turns out okay. Take care of yourself too!
Hey Laurie, Everything will be Ok no matter what you find out. I have 2 DS w/ dev problems. The earlier you find out anything the better. No matter what the doctors say, remember your the Mom who knows her son the best, so if you think something is wrong be persistent. Email me if you want. ((Hugs))
